Yes, free basement parking is available, and paid RTA parking is located directly outside the building. We will share the exact parking details and code with you upon booking confirmation.
You will receive high-quality, unedited raw audio (WAV/MP3) and video (MP4, 1080p/4K) files via a secure cloud link (Google Drive or WeTransfer) within 24–48 hours after your session.
Yes, professional audio and video editing is available as an add-on service. The standard turnaround time for edited episodes is 3–5 business days, depending on the length and complexity of the recording.
We understand that plans can change. You can cancel or reschedule your booking free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session may be subject to a 50% fee
